My Story

From Copper Hills to Chestnut Hill

High School

4-Year Varsity Letterman & Team Captain

Played all four years of varsity lacrosse at Copper Hills High School, earning a letter each year. Named team Captain as a senior. Also played club lacrosse with Wasatch LC for three years during this time.

Sophomore Year

Started Coaching — and Saw the Game Differently

My sophomore year of high school I started coaching my little brother's team. It made me realize you can see the game in so many different ways — and coaching is one of them. It genuinely elevated my own playing.

College

NCAA D2 at Chestnut Hill College

Took my game to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to play NCAA Division 2 lacrosse at Chestnut Hill College. Capped the season by winning the CACC Championship — and scoring a goal in the championship game.

Coaching Career

Varsity Coach at Copper Hills & Herriman

Returned to Utah and joined the coaching staff at Copper Hills High School as a Varsity Assistant. Now serving as Varsity Defensive Coordinator at Herriman High School, while running private training across the Wasatch Front.

How I Coach

My Coaching Philosophy

Coaching taught me to see the game in a completely new way — and I want every athlete I work with to experience that same shift.

Passion for the Game

Lacrosse isn't just a job — it's what I love. I started coaching my sophomore year of high school and never looked back. That energy is contagious, and I want every athlete to feel it.

Personalized Coaching

No two players are the same. Every session is built around your athlete's specific strengths, gaps, and goals — not a one-size-fits-all drill sheet.

Family-First Approach

I keep parents in the loop with session recaps and progress notes. You're part of the team, not just a drop-off.

Results That Last

I focus on fundamentals and game IQ — skills that translate to any team, any level, for years to come. I've seen it work from youth rec all the way to the collegiate level.
